While there are many people involved in making your wedding day a success, most function independently of each other. Except of course, for your DJ. Your DJ works side by side with (or in lieu of) your wedding planner in order to help bring all the crucial elements of your wedding together in a seamless fashion.

In addition to spending consultation time with you in order to personalize the music and timeline for your day, our DJ’s will greet your guests, host the formalities, monitor lighting & sound levels and come prepared to coordinate the entire day with all of your vendors such as the venue, catering and the photographer/videographer to make sure that everything runs as smoothly as possible.

What might happen if the DJ started the first dance or grand entrance without giving notice to the photographer first, or begins introducing the toast without checking to make sure that the catering staff has finished pouring all the champagne? An awkward moment for sure, and a potential memory lost.

These are the types of scenarios that are very common but easily avoidable if you are working with an experienced, trained professional that demonstrates attention to detail and passion for their work. Surprisingly, some clients don’t put the entertainment nearly as high on the priority list or budget as we feel it should be.

We try not to be about high-pressure sales or scare tactics, but your wedding day is meant to be a once in a lifetime event that should become as close to a perfect memory as you imagined it to be. We take our involvement in that very seriously.
