Every PURE school event is built around our Interactive Party Crew — a team of professionals working together to deliver your event from start to finish.

🎤 Party Animator

Your on-the-floor host and crowd specialist. Professionally trained to read the room, lead activities, manage the flow of the night, and make sure no student is sitting on the sidelines. The Party Animator runs the show so you don't have to.

💃 Professional Dance Teachers

Hand-picked interactive dancers who lead high-energy dances throughout the event — keeping students engaged, teaching moves, and pulling even the most reluctant dancers onto the floor. Our dancers have performed in music videos and live concerts for artists including Drake, Rihanna, and Justin Bieber. They bring that same energy to your gym.

🎧 Professional DJ

Open-format, fully licensed, dialled in to what students actually want to hear. Our DJs mix from a massive library of today's hits and timeless favourites, and are trained to read the room so the energy never drops. Need music videos on screen instead? Ask about our Video DJ (VJ) experience for a full visual dance party.

📱 Digital Music Requests — Included in Every Package

Every PURE package includes our Digital Music Request Experience. QR code cards are placed around the venue — students scan from their phones and send requests directly to the DJ in real time. No app download needed. We recommend going fully all-request for the final hour, when the energy is highest. Students love it every time.

🏆 The Big Prize Raffle

Just before the all-request hour, we raffle off The Big Prize — a crowd moment that builds anticipation all night. Prizes are managed entirely by our crew.

We don't photograph or record students at any school board event. We work with your administration to ensure every element of the night is appropriate, safe, and aligned with your school's values.

What school boards does PURE work with? TDSB, YRDSB, TCDSB, and private schools throughout Toronto and the GTA. We also travel across Ontario — travel fees apply for events outside the GTA.

Do you follow TDSB and YRDSB privacy policies? Yes. PURE does not photograph or record students at any TDSB or YRDSB school events. Student privacy is always protected.

What grades and age groups do you work with? All of them — elementary (JK to Grade 8), middle school, high school, and even university/college events. Our interactive format adapts to the energy and age group of your crowd.

How far in advance should we book? We recommend reaching out as early as possible — ideally 3 to 6 months before your event. School dance dates, especially in November/December and May/June, fill up very quickly.

How do students request songs? Every package includes our Digital Music Request Experience. QR code cards are placed around the venue — students scan from their phones and submit requests directly to the DJ. No app needed. Kiosk upgrades are available for higher-traffic events.

Do we need to organize activities and prizes? No. Your PURE crew manages all activities, competitions, and prize distribution throughout the event. You focus on the students — we handle the entertainment.

Does the 50% school board discount apply to all event types? Yes. Any event type — school dance, graduation, fun fair, dance-a-thon, or fundraiser — qualifies as long as it is a verified Ontario school board event.
